The place
A two-bedroom private villa set in the green, for a family getaway, a trip with friends, or a workcation that actually rests you. Two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a kitchenette stocked for light meals.
Step outside to a private sit-out over the farm, or into the pool under its canopy of trees. Evenings here are for birdsong and, once it's dark, for the stars.
The villa sits on a working farm, so you will see seasonal farming as it happens. You may also hear the village going about its day — that is part of it.

While you're here
Walks along the Kabani
A gate at the end of the farm opens onto the bank. From there the walkways run along the water for as long as you want them to.
The paddy collective
Three hundred acres of paddy farmed collectively, right across the road. Walking through it and meeting the villages that work it is the most honest thing you can do in Wayanad.
Around the farm
Coffee, pepper, nutmeg, areca, coconut and a long list of other spices grow here. Ask, and someone will walk you through it and show you what each one looks like on the tree.
Campfire after dark
A chill settles over the farm in the evening. The firepit is the reason nobody goes inside.

A beautiful house surrounded by greenery and near to the Kabani River. The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked. They have an amazing garden full of fruit trees including exotic ones — you could walk around or sit at the bonfire place and enjoy the serene environment. One thing I cannot get over is the breakfast: amazing Kerala food with different varieties every day. The pool is another highlight, very clean and very well maintained.
Jewel
Kabani Riverside truly felt like a home away from home. The interiors are beautifully maintained, reflecting warmth, comfort, and great attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights is the Kabani River flowing right behind the property, adding a stunning natural charm that's hard to match.
Ganeshan
The property is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful and refreshing getaway. The pool was excellent and well maintained, and the foosball table was a huge hit with our group. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and added a very personal touch to our stay.

The surroundings were calm, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The villa was beautifully designed with well-thought-out amenities that made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and inviting.
