Live by the riverside. Wake up to the noise of it. Work from the patio, or the farm, or the bank itself.
This tiny house holds everything a staycation with friends or family needs, and the private pool means the water is yours alone. Easy to reach by road, and still far from all the hullabaloo.
It suits couples, backpackers, solo travellers, families and dogs equally well.

- Please leave the house the way it was handed over to you, and return the keys.
- No pets in the pool.
- No soap, shampoo or bathing products in the pool.
- No food or drink inside the pool.
- Pets are welcome with prior approval from the owner.
- Guests clean up after their pets, and linen is never used for pet cleaning.
- Footwear is removed before entering the house.
- Switch off lights, fans and air conditioning when you step out.
- The farm and everything growing on it are private. Please ask before picking.
- Bottled drinking water is not provided; filtered water is.
- Housekeeping runs once every two days, between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- Breakfast is served 8:30–10:00 am. Lunch and dinner are available on prior order at additional cost.
- Campfire ₹800 per hour. Barbecue setup ₹800 for two hours, plus the cost of what you grill.
- The Kabani flows right beside the farm.
- There is a climbing and play structure on the property.
- Exterior cameras cover the area around the cottage.
- There is no smoke alarm. A carbon monoxide alarm is not required — everything here runs on electricity.
- There are stairs to climb.

Walks along the Kabani
A gate at the end of the farm opens onto the bank. From there the walkways run along the water for as long as you want them to.
The paddy collective
Three hundred acres of paddy farmed collectively, right across the road. Walking through it and meeting the villages that work it is the most honest thing you can do in Wayanad.
Around the farm
Coffee, pepper, nutmeg, areca, coconut and a long list of other spices grow here. Ask, and someone will walk you through it and show you what each one looks like on the tree.
Campfire after dark
A chill settles over the farm in the evening. The firepit is the reason nobody goes inside.
